At Hotties In Cleats, we usually spend our time celebrating the beauty of the female athlete but not the brawn. University of Moncton hockey player Josianne Bisaillon is changing our policy. Josianne, a freshman, has been suspended for the entire 2008-2009 season for punching a game official in the face three times. Our kind of lady. According to University of Moncton A.D. Marc Boudreau, the school is considering appealing the suspension.
“The suspension has serious consequences on the athlete, so we’ve asked the league to provide us with more information concerning the infraction. We want to get all the facts and understand all the facts that supported the decision. That’s being done now and we’re going to be reviewing that additional information that we didn’t have previously.”
Not sure what all of that was supposed to mean, but the suspension has to be lifted. We need Josianne Bisaillon on the ice kicking ass.
While we’re on women’s hockey, it’s good to see that the gals act just like the guys in the locker room.
