I think that all fashion trends should complete the circle at some point. By this, I mean that every year we discover that the patterns of five years ago begin to be recycled. Following this idea and as fashion trends change, I take all my existing sets and pack them properly in a trunk and throw myself into a crazy shopping expedition, being myself a series of fashionable clothing sets.

Step 1:

To begin, I sat down and requested an inventory of all my eating habits. In a short time I realized that I was consuming an excessive amount of bad food than the healthy range. Through the years, unintentionally, I called myself the queen of carrying along with a connoisseur of all kinds of prepared foods. I just needed to change this. I decided that, starting immediately, it would be nothing more than fresh vegetables, ideally lean fish meats, in addition to everything covered by probably the healthiest deserts that would consist only of fresh fruit. In a short time my clothes were not tight and so sticky. Had he succeeded in stopping excessive weight gain?

Step 2:

The 4 cups of standard coffee every day of my life were instantly replaced with 4 full glasses of water that are fresh and only one coffee drink. Getting coffee fans was a bit difficult to accept, so I decided to make an effort to drink a large cup of water before consuming my coffee. This filled the additional space that 3 additional cups of coffee would normally have filled, therefore, having no space for espresso, this reduced my coffee consumption. Reducing my coffee consumption made me recognize that I didn’t feel bloated at all times. Perhaps this is the reason why I now have a thinner appearance and my fantasy of losing the industry has begun to change to reality.

Step 3:

I was the type who cut corners when someone pointed to the term Exercise. I thought that, since I was too busy to keep my house impeccably clean, I would have to experience a healthy body as an individual. I was happily ignorant about that procedure called metabolism until I heard about it during one of my searches about weight reduction and I was sure that metabolism was where the treatment for my weight loss problem was. For me it was important to boost my metabolism and do this, it would be much more energetic. Today, I hate exercising.

But I enjoyed dancing. And really, my answer was to look at my facial skin all the time while working at home, dusting, tidying up and accumulating problems, but until then I had not found it as a good method to lose weight. I have to work cooking what I considered a “dance exercise.” This was nothing more than several energetic dance routines that doubled as a training plan, although with a series of creative movements, which worked very well for my weight loss, taking proper care of my aversion to regular exercise.
